They are placed into our email drip campaign which is comprised of 8 custom emails that work in conjunction with our phone conversations with KDM's that only go out to the prospect once they have reached a specific phase in the sales process. Each opportunity is provided to you via email with a consistent formatted subject line making it easy for you to organize and reference later. A new opportunity is created within our internal Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) once it has been provided to you as shown below. This opportunity begins in the "Appointment" phase. We work with you and the prospect to drive this new opportunity to the "Won" phase where contracts are signed and you are performing services with your new client. As of January 15, 2023, data from the last 200 opportunities provided to our clients have a nearly perfect show rate, with 98% of appointments taking place, allowing you to meet with new prospects as planned. This demonstrates our quality of service being the highest in the industry.
